At Card Chiefz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within [7 days] of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Sale or clearance items
- Opened trading card packs, boxes, or collectibles where packaging has been broken
- Up to seller discretion
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, email us at cardchiefz@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
