At Card Chiefz, we work hard to ship your orders quickly and securely. Below are our current shipping terms.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout (when applicable).
  • Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. (Update this if you expand globally.)

5. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Card Chiefz is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and then notify us at cardchiefz@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.

7. Pre-Orders & Special Items

  • Pre-order items will ship on or around the date listed in the product description.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise noted.
