At Card Chiefz, we work hard to ship your orders quickly and securely. Below are our current shipping terms.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout (when applicable).
- Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. (Update this if you expand globally.)
5. Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Card Chiefz is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once handed over to the carrier.
- If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and then notify us at cardchiefz@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.
7. Pre-Orders & Special Items
- Pre-order items will ship on or around the date listed in the product description.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise noted.
